AUTHORITY: IRC §280A(c)(1)\; TCJA P.L. 115-97 §11042\; OBBBA P.L. 119-21 [VERIFIED LAW] IRC §280A(c)(1) permits a home office deduction for space used regularly and exclusively for business. TCJA P.L. 115-97 §11042 suspended the employee business expense deduction (Form 2106) for tax years 2018-2025. OBBBA P.L. 119-21 made this suspension permanent.
